摘要
主要研究了过硫酸盐—含叔胺单体—亚硫酸氢钠三元引发体系引发丙烯酰胺聚合的反应过程,研究了两还原剂不同配比时对聚合诱导期、产物分子量、凝胶含量的影响,测定了在不同配比时聚合体系的放热状态,以及复合引发体系中各组分对聚合反速度的影响,提出了该引发体系下的聚合速度方程。Kp=Kp[M][K2S2O3]0.5[含叔胶单体]0.25[NaHSO3]0.25并求得该引发体系下的丙烯酰胺聚合表现活化能为6.10Kcal/mol。
