摘要
通过建立豚鼠软组织损伤模型，观察施氏伤膏对软组织肿胀动态变化和病理修复过程。实验结果表明，施氏伤膏能明显促进软组织损伤后肿胀恢复过程，较基质对照组有显著差异（Ｐ＜００１）。病理检查显示施氏伤膏能使血管外膜细胞增生，结缔组织增生。上述结果表明：施氏伤膏对软组织损伤有明显治疗和促进修复作用。
The dynamic change and pathologic repair process of soft tissue swelling were observed with“Shi’s Traumatologic Ointment”,by setting up a guinea pig model with soft tissue injury.The experimental results showed that “Shi's Traumatologic Ointment”could remarkably promote the repair process in swelling from soft tissue injury and there was a significant difference in comparison of the control group.The pathological examination showed that“Shi’s Traumatologic Ontment”could promote proliferation of cells in tunica extima and of connective tissue.The above results showed that “Shi’s Traumatologic Ointment”could produce the remarkable therapeutic and repair_promoting functions to soft tissue injury.
