摘要
目的:研究复方西红花膏对损伤组织成纤维细胞凋亡的影响,探讨其促进损伤组织修复的作用机理。方法:采用打击造模的方法,将60只Wistar大白鼠造成急性软组织损伤模型。随机将造模后动物分为空白对照组;阳性药物(万花油)对照组;复方西红花膏治疗组。观察用药2天、4天、7天、10天时成纤维细胞凋亡的变化。结果:复方西红花膏组损伤组织成纤维细胞凋亡呈阳性表达,且复方西红花膏组成纤维细胞凋亡阳性表达下降比其它两组缓慢。结论:复方西红花膏通过促进成纤维细胞凋亡来加速损伤组织修复。
Objective:To study the effect of FFXHHG to the fibroblast apoptosis in wounded tissue in order to elucidate the mechanism of FFXHHG promote the rehabilitation of the wounded tissue. Methods:According to the method of building models by beating, sixty wistar mouse got acute soft tissue's lesion. Then they were divided randomly into three groups: group A, used nothing; group B, healed with positive pharmaceutical; group C, coped with FFXHHG. Both group A and group B were control groups, while group C was experimental group. The change of the fibroblast apoptosis was observed respectively at 2, 4, 7 and 10 days since the mouse were dealt with pharmaceutical. Results:The fibroblast apoptosis in wounded tissue was expressed positively in FFXHHG, while the level in FFXHHG decreased more slowly than the other two. Conclusions:FFXHHG could accelerate the rehabilitation of the wounded tissue by promoting the fibroblast apoptosis.
