摘要
系统地阐述了肉类新鲜度的智能检测方法。采用多数据融合技术,在Matlab平台下,仿真模型对肉的新鲜度达到了很好的预测效果。从实际角度出发,借助模糊聚类手段,将现有的肉类新鲜度3个等级划分出具有适用性的5个参考标准中心点,对肉类新鲜度模糊分类具有一定参考价值。
This paper integrally described intelligent detection for the meat freshness.In a multi-data fusion method,Simulation model can make prediction for the meat freshness to a large extent,which can be attained on Matlab.Further fuzzy Classification was utilized to class the freshness of meat from current three grades to five,from the applicable point,which can offer practical reference value for fuzzy classification of meat freshness.
