摘要
针对煤矿井下开采过程中的粉尘危害,在综合考虑了降尘剂的无毒害、无腐蚀性及原料成本等因素的基础上,采用多种表面活性剂与助剂复配的方法,开发研制了一种新型煤矿用降尘剂。以浸润性为实验指标,运用正交分析方法对降尘剂配方进行优化设计,得到降尘剂最优配比为AES︰OP︰AEO︰防腐剂︰助剂1︰助剂2=1︰10︰5︰1︰1︰5,最优总浓度为0.4%。小试实验表明该降尘剂除尘效率较水提高20%左右。
For coal dust hazard in the process of undergroud mining, based on considering some factors such as non-toxic dust agent, free of corrosion and cost, author used method of a variety of sarface active agent and additive compound. Using infiltrating as experimenta/index, making a optimizing design for dedusting agent by orthogonal analysis method, and getting the optimal prescription: AES : OP : AEO : preservative : fertilizer one : fertilizer two-1 : 10 : 5 : 1 : 1 : 5, and the optimal total concentration was 0.4 %. The laboratory experiment result showed that dust suppression agent's removing efficiency was 20 % higher than water.
