摘要
采用并流共沉淀法制备了一系列CuO/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂;利用正交设计实验考察了铜锌摩尔比、铝含量、沉淀pH、沉淀温度、老化时间、焙烧温度等因素对催化剂平均孔径的影响。研究表明:6个因素对CuO/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂孔径影响的主次顺序为:铝含量>焙烧温度>沉淀温度>沉淀pH>铜锌摩尔比>老化时间;)在实验考察的因素和水平范围内,以平均孔径作为主要实验指标,选出CuO/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂的最佳制备条件:铜锌摩尔比为1︰1,铝含量为5%,沉淀pH为6.0,沉淀温度为60℃,老化时间为90 min,焙烧温度为400℃。
A series of ternary CuO/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by the conventional co-precipitation method,and influence of preparation conditions including Cu/Zn ratio(A),aluminum content(B),pH(C),precipitation temperature(D),aging time(E) and calcination temperature(F) on the pore size of the catalysts was investigated by orthogonal design.The experimental results show that the sequence of the importance of these factors is BFDCAE.Further,it is suggested that the optimized conditions are as follows: Cu/Zn ratio 1:1,Al(mol%) 5%,pH 6.0,precipitation temperature 60 ℃,aging time 90 min,calcination temperature 400 ℃
