摘要
以广东高校和全国高校2002—2007年高校科技统计数据为基础,对广东高校科研人员、科研项目情况、科研经费和成果奖励等情况进行分析对比。6年来广东高校研究与发展能力有了明显的提高,但也存在项目平均投入经费低、高水平科技成果少、成果转化率低等不足。
Based on the science and technology statistical data from 2002 to 2007, we analyzed and compared and researchers, scientific research projects, research funding and achievement rewards between colleges and universities in Guangdong and the entire country. There were some improvements in research and development capability in the colleges and universities in Guangdong, but with lower average scientific funding, little high level of scientific achievements and lower scientific achievements percent conversion and so on.
