摘要
地方普通高校为促进学科建设、人才培养与社会服务,提升学校的声誉与地位,越来越重视科研工作。
In order to improve discipline construction,the talent training and social services,promote the fame and position of school,local ordinary colleges pay more attention to scientific researches.The scientific research projects taken by them and the research fund raised by them are also greatly increasing.In the local ordinary colleges,scientific research activities are increasing active,the sources of scientific research fund are more and more diverse.External funding includes horizontal funds and longitudinal funds.Internal funding includes research supporting funds and research start funds.The research fund has become the most important parts of the funds of local ordinary colleges.But,there are many problems existing from the use to management of scientific research funds,it seriously influence the fame and image of school and individual.Therefore,the scientific research management must be further improved,which can ensure the scientific research funds fully,effectively and safely plays the active roles in the development of colleges.
