摘要
定量分析创新主体的生物产业专利技术竞争力对于制定未来发展策略至关重要。采用Innojoy专利搜索引擎采集整理生物产业相关专利数据,通过分析广东高校生物产业相关的专利申请量、授权量、权项数、存活期、被引次数等数量、质量及价值评价指标,对广东高校生物产业各领域的专利技术竞争力进行定量评价,了解广东主要高校在生物产业领域的技术优势及发展态势,并为各高校在生物产业各领域发挥各自优势和特色提供策略支撑。
The bio-industry is one of the five strategic emerging industries cultivated during the ＂13th Five-Year Plan＂ period. It is also an important area for the country to obtain the future competitive advantage of science and technology and economy. Quantitative analysis on the competitiveness of the patent industry ofbiotechnology industry for the future development strategy is crucial. This study uses the Innojoy patent search engine to collect relevant patent data of biological industry. By analyzing the evaluation indexes including apphcation, authorization, right items, survival, cited quantity, quality and value related to the biological industry of Guangdong colleges and universities, the paper carries out the quantitative analysis on the patent technology competitiveness in different fields of biological industry in Guangdong colleges and universities, works out the advantages and development trend and providesstrategic supports for the different fields of biological industry in GuangdongcoUeges and universities to utihze their advantages and characteristics.
