摘要
目的建立乌药产地加工的方法.为GAP企业进行乌药的产地加工提供科学的数据。方法用高效液相色谱,研究乌药产地加工的不同方法对乌药饮片质量的影响。结果采收后的乌药鲜切成饮片,低温80℃以下干燥,所含的乌药醚内酯更高。结论乌药采收后应及时加工,以更好的保证饮片质量。
Objective To establish the primary processing method of Radix linderae. Methods The effect of the different proceeding methods on quality of Radix linderae was studied. Results After the recovery Radix lindera strychni-folia slivers the tablets ready for decoction fresh,the low temperature 80℃ below dry,contains the lindera strychnifolia ether lactone is higher. Conclusion After the lindera strychnifolia recovery should process promptly,by better guarantee tablets ready for decoction quality.
