摘要
为研究乌药叶的抗菌、抗炎有效成分 ,采用多种柱色谱方法、化学及波谱学等方法进行分离和结构鉴定。从乌药叶中分离得到 6个黄酮醇及其苷类化合物和一个甾体类化合物 ,分别鉴定为槲皮素 (1 )、槲皮素 3 O 吡喃鼠李糖苷 (2 )、山奈酚 3 O L 吡喃阿拉伯糖苷 (3 )、槲皮素 3 O 吡喃半乳糖苷 (4 )、异鼠李素 3 O 葡萄糖 (6→ 1 ) 鼠李糖苷 (5 )、山奈酚 3 O α 葡萄糖醛酸 (6)和胡萝卜苷 (7)。其中化合物 1 ,2 ,3 ,4均为种内首次分离得到。化合物 5 ,6为属内首次分离。
The leaves of Wuyaku are widely used in China as an anti-inflammation and anti-rheumatesis Chinese herb.To study the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory constituents of the leaves of Lindera aggrega(Sims)Kosterm,seven compounds were isolated,the structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods as follows:quercetin(1),quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside(2),kampferol-3-O-L-arabinopyranoside(3),quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(4),isorhamnetin-3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(6→1)- rhamnoside](5),kampferol-3-O-α-glicurinoside(6),daucosterol(7).Compounds 1,2,3,4 were obtained from the leaves of Lindera aggregata,5,6 were from the genus of lindera for the first time.
