摘要
目的对运动疗法结合感觉统合训练对痉挛型偏瘫患儿的治疗作用进行研究。方法将32例痉挛型偏瘫患儿分为观察组(17例)和对照组(15例),治疗前进行粗大运动功能66项评分;分别给予运动疗法结合感觉统合训练和传统运动疗法治疗,然后再对两组进行粗大运动功能66项评分,再对所有结果进行对比分析。结果两组治疗后的比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对运动疗法结合感觉统合训练对痉挛型偏瘫患儿的疗效肯定,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of exercise therapy combined with sensory integration training on spastic-gia chudren combination of sensory integration therapy for sports training on children with spastic hemiplegia study the therapeutic effect of.Methods 32 cases children with spastic hemiplegia were divided into two groups（17 cases） and control group（15 cases）,treatment prior to the gross motor function of 66 ratings;Combination of sensory integration therapy were given exercise training,and traditional exercise therapy,And then pairs of groups for the gross motor function of 66 score,And then all the results were analyzed.Results Comparison of the two groups after treatmentP〈0.05,statistically significant differences between the two groups was significant.Conclusion Combination of sensory integration therapy for sports training on the efficacy in children with spastic hemiplegia sure,is worth popularizing.
