摘要
目的探讨感觉统合训练对痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童立位平衡功能的影响。方法 痉挛型脑瘫患儿60例,分为实验组和对照组。实验组接受常规康复训练的同时接受感觉统合训练,对照组只接受常规的康复训练,共3个月。治疗前后,采用平衡测试仪对所有受试对象的立位平衡功能进行检测。结果 双瘫患儿的轨迹长、矩形面积、外周面积均较治疗前减少,单位面积轨迹长较治疗前增大(均P<0.05),左右偏移无显著性差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,实验组双瘫患儿治疗后轨迹长、矩形面积、外周面积减少,单位面积轨迹长增大(均P<0.05),左右偏移无显著性差异(P>0.05)。偏瘫患儿的左右偏移、外周面积较治疗前减少,单位面积轨迹长较治疗前增大(均P<0.05),而轨迹长和矩形面积无显著性差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,实验组偏瘫患儿治疗后左右偏移、轨迹长、矩形面积、外周面积减少,单位面积轨迹长增大(均P<0.05)。结论 感觉统合训练有利于进一步改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿的立位平衡功能。
Objective To explore the effects of sensory integration therapy for children with spastic cerebral palsy on standing balance.Methods 60 children with spastic cerebral palsy were devided into 2 groups marched their gender,age,body height,body weight and clinical classification.In the experimental group,children accepted routine rehabilitation including physical therapy,massage and exercise therapy,in addition,they accepted 30 min of professional sensory integration therapy.In the control group,children only accepted routine rehabilitation.The course of treatment lasted for 3 months.Before and after rehabilitation,their standing balance was assessed with Balance Performance Monitor(BPM).Results The balance parameters of children with diplegia improved(P0.05) except left and right excursion after rehabilitation,and improved more in the experimental group(P0.05).For the children with hemiplegia,the balance parameters improved(P0.05) except rectangle area after rehabilitation,and all the balance parameters improved more(P0.05) in the experimental group.Conclusion Sensory integration therapy can facilitate the recovery of balance in children with cerebral palsy.
