摘要
报道了重铬酸钾作为氧化剂时,邻甲苯胺单体在酸性溶液中的聚合反应。探讨了氧化剂/单体摩尔比,盐酸浓度,单体浓度等因素对聚合反应的影响,并借助红外光谱,循环伏安,X—射线衍射等测试手段对聚邻甲苯胺进行了表征。结果表明:常温下,在较宽的反应条件范围内制备得到的聚邻甲苯胺具有良好的导电性和环境稳定性,在酸性溶液中,其氧化还原反应同样表现出较高的可逆性;本征态聚邻甲苯胺经盐酸掺杂后热稳定性下降;本征态和掺杂态聚邻甲苯胺均表现为非晶态。
This paper reports the chemical polymerization reaction of o methylaniline in aqueous HC1 solution when potassium dichromate is used as oxidizer.The effects of oxidizer/monomer molar ratio,HC1 acid,monomer concentration and temperature on polymerization reaction were studied.The obtained product was characterized by means of FT IT,cyclic voltammetry,TG and X ray diffraction.The results indicated that under the common temperature,the poly o methylaniline with good conductivity and surrounding stability could be prepared over a wide range of reaction cnditions and had good reversibility of oxido reduction reaction in aqueous acidic solution.The heat stability of eigen poly o methylaniline doped by HC1 became worse;the eigen poly o methylaniline and the one doped by HC1 were amorphous.
