摘要
采用溶液聚合法制备丙烯酸 -丙烯酰胺共聚物 ,研究引发剂用量、单体摩尔比对共聚物特性粘数的影响及浓度、pH对共聚物水溶液粘度的影响 ,确定了制备作为膜材料用的共聚物的条件和膜的制作条件 ,并将制得的膜渗透汽化分离乙醇水溶液 ,获得了满意的结果。
Acrylic acid (AA)-acrylamide (AM) copolymer was synthesized by solution polymerization in water. The effect of amount of initiator and mol ratio of monomers(AA/AM) on intrinsic viscosity of copolymer as well as that of concentration and pH value of the coploymer solution on its viscosity were investigated.The conditions for preparing copolymer and membrane were determined.Satisfactory results are obtained when the membrane is used to separate ethanol water mixture by pervaporation. [
