摘要
用微乳液聚合的方法,成功地制备了能够稳定分散于石腊油的聚苯二胺微粒,并对它进行了透射电镜(TEM)、电子衍射(ED)、红外(IR)及差热(DSC)分析等表征;将合成的聚苯二胺用作润滑油添加剂,在四球试验机上研究了它的摩擦学行为,同时考察了合成条件、负荷、浓度对其摩擦学行为的影响.结果表明:聚苯二胺微粒在一定的添加浓度和中低负荷下有一定的减摩抗磨性能。
poly(o phenylenediamine) fine particles prepared by emulsion polymerization were characterized by TEM,ED,IR,DSC.Thei,r tribological properties as additives in lubricating oil were evaluated at different load,concentration and reaction conditions,on a four ball machine.Results show that,under middle low load and proper concentration,Poly(o phenylenediamine)fine particles have some anti wear and anti friction performance,and they can improve loading capacity.
