摘要
本试验探讨玉米淀粉渣在蛋鸡产蛋高峰期日粮中高比例应用的可行性。选择240日龄蛋鸡500只,分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只。Ⅰ~Ⅴ组玉米淀粉渣占配方比例分别为0、13%、16%、19%、22%,预试期7 d,试验期为60 d。结果表明:①Ⅱ组蛋鸡产蛋率比对照组提高0.83%(P>0.05);②各试验组平均蛋重均高于对照组(P>0.05);③Ⅴ组只日耗料量比对照组降低10.57%(P<0.05);④各试验组只日产蛋量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);⑤Ⅴ组料蛋比对照组降低12.30%(P<0.05);⑥Ⅴ组软破畸形蛋率比对照组降低90.89%(P<0.05);⑦Ⅳ组死淘率最低,比对照组降100%(P<0.05)。
This experiment was to investigate the effect of corn gluten meal on production performance of laying hens. 500 240-day-age laying hens were randomly allotted to 5 treatments,each treatment represented by 5 replicates of 20 brids each. Ⅰ-Ⅴ experiment diets used 0,13%,16%, 19% and 22% corn glute to instead corn and bean dregs. Pre-feeding period was 7 days and the experiment lasted 60 days. The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the egg production of Ⅱ increased by 0.83%(P〉0.05).(2)The egg weight of Ⅱ ~Ⅴ decreased compared with the control group(P〈0.05). (3)The dayfeed intake of V was the lowest in the all (P〈0.05). (4)There was no significant effect on the day-egg yields of Ⅱ-Ⅴ (P〉0.05). (5)The feed conversion ratio of V decreased more significantly than the control group(P〈0.05). (6) The broken(soft) eggshell rates of V decreased by 90.89%(P〈0.05). (7)The mortality of Ⅳ decreased significantly by 100% (P〈0.05).
