摘要
环境影响后评价是环境影响评价的延伸和发展。将建设项目后评价的思想引入项目环境管理体系,延伸出了环境影响后评价的概念。目前环境影响后评价理论和方法体系尚处于发展初期的初探阶段。以南昌市的某餐饮有限公司为例,总结了环境影响后评价的概念和基本内容,并简要介绍了环境影响后评价的发展过程,趋势及其在环境影响评价中的作用。并为今后环境影响后评价的发展提出了一些建议。
Post-project-analysis in environmental impact is an extension and deve lopment of environmental impact assessment, which introduced the principle of po st-project-analysis into environmental project managing system. At present, the concept and method system of post-project-analysis in environmental impact is to be rich and extended. As the restaurant of The concept and fundamental conten t of post-project-analysis in environmental impact were presented. Its developin g progress, trend and function were introduced briefly. Some suggestions were pu t forward about its developing trend.
