摘要
青藏铁路格尔木至拉萨段是目前世界上海拔最高的高原运营铁路,也是我国首个开展环境影响后评价的铁路项目。本文选择野生动物和高寒植被两个代表性生态因素,应用目视判断、卫片解译、样方调查、环境监测、数据分析等手段和方法,对铁路运营5年(2011年)后沿线生态环境影响进行跟踪调查和回顾评价。得出结论:(1)与运营初期相比,铁路两侧生态环境得到持续恢复,局部区域已接近甚至优于周边自然状态。(2)野生动物通道、植草绿化、草皮移植等生态保护措施作用明显。
Qinghai-Tibet railway from Golmud to Lhasa in operation is the highest plateau railway in the world,and also is the first railway project to be carried out eco-environmental impact post-assessment in China.This article has selected two representative ecological factors,wildlife and high-altitude cold vegetation,and applied many means and methods,such as visual judgment,satellite image interpretation,quadrat surveys,environmental monitoring,data analysis,to survey and evaluate the ecological environment impact along the railway line in fifth anniversary of operation(2011).The conclusions are:(1) Compared with the initial operation,the ecological environment on both sides of the railway was recovering,and the local area was close to or even better than the surrounding natural state.(2) The ecological protection measures,such as wildlife channel,planting grass,turf transplantation obvious,were playing a significant role.
