摘要
从理论上探讨环境影响后续评估机制建设问题，围绕着环境影响后续评估程序，探讨环境影响后续评估与现行环境影响评价有机衔接的问题，针对现行环境影响评价理论和实践存在的问题，探讨环境影响后续评估的基本框架和主要研究内容。
This paper presents a research on the construction of post-project analysis mechanism for environmental impact.Relations between current EIA and post-project analysis mechanism are discussed for estatblished the post-project analysis procedure.With a view to strengthening EIA in theory and practice,this paper also discusses the basis framework and main contents of post-project analysis.
