摘要
采用氨基磺酸作催化剂,无水乙醇作溶剂,对二甲氨基苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯和脲在加热搅拌条件下回流反应3 h,合成了4-(4-二甲氨基)苯基-6-甲基-5-乙氧羰基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮,产率为78.5%。
4-（4-Dimethylamino）phenyl-6-methyl-5-ethoxycarbonyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-one was synthesized by 4-（dimethy-lamino）benzaldehyde,acetoacetate and urea,with catalyst of sulfamic acid,solvent of ethanol,refluxing for 3 h under the conditions of stirring,and the yield can reach 78.5%.
