摘要
大力发展城市社区卫生服务是我国医疗卫生改革的重点工作。如何结合各地的实际情况,将社区卫生服务工作深入做好,成为当前各社区卫生服务中心的首要任务。本文通过分析依托当地"三甲"医院健全的管理模式,较强的技术力量,广泛的社会影响力,结合长期实践工作,探索形成适合本地社区卫生发展的管理模式。
To develop the communality health service strongly is the main work of our country＇s medical treatment reform. How to do the communality health service work well combining the actual circumstance becomes first work in the each communality health service center. By anglicizing the management style, strong management styles, stronger technical strength, extensive of society influence, and combining the long-train practice work,we search for management style of native communality service development.
