摘要
目的 探讨飞机噪声对接噪人员神经行为功能的影响。方法 采用神经行为核心测试组合（ＮＣＴＢ）的ＰＯＭＳ量表和神经行为功能综合测试仪对接噪人员和对照组进行调查测试。结果 接噪组紧张－ 焦虑、忧郁－ 沮丧、疲惫－ 惰性得分显著高于对照组，且与工龄有关，接噪人员听简单反应时、听选择反应时、敏捷能力与对照组比较均有显著差异。结论 飞机噪声对人体情感状态。
Objective To research the effect on the neurobehavioral function in w orkers exposed to aircraft noise. Metheds 137 w orkers exposed to noise and 95 controls were investigated w ith 'neurobehavioralcore test battery'. Results Com pared w ith controlgroupsrespectively, thescore ofT,D,Fin POMSquestionairesin workers exposed to noise increased m arkedy( P< 0. 01) , and these increasings correlated w ith the exposed seniorities, the hearing sim ple reaction tim e and hearing choise reaction tim e in objects increased highly ( P< 0.01),and the quick ability in objects dereased significantly( P < 0.01). Conclusion The influence on neurobehavioralfunction ofaircraftnoise w ere notable.
