摘要
本文报道了山西晋华纺织厂筒摇、细纱、织布等主要车间调查结果。其噪声强度在85~105dB(H),声级特性为中高频,存在不良气象条件。经采用WHO推荐的NCTB法对接触噪声的394名纺织女工测试提示:用NCTB法测试结果随不同噪声强度、不同工龄存在剂量反应关系,并与听力损伤有相关关系。未出现听损前各项测试得分既有改变。鉴于噪声导致的听力损害从病理上难于逆转,作者建议,今后宜采用NCTB法对接触噪声工人进行健康监护。
The paper reports the results from wind-up, fine thread, weave, workshops in Jinhua textile mill of Shanxi. The sound level of noise, charateristic of high-moderate frequence, ranged from 85 to 105 dB (A) and there existed unhealth mi- croclimate, 394 noise-exposed textile women were examined with the who recommended NCTB the outcomes showed that the changes of all the indices of NCTB were sound level and work year related, with the former prior to the latter. Since the noise induced hearing loss is pathologically irreversible, the author suggest that the NCTB method might be used to monitor the health of noise-exposed workers for the protest of their health.
