摘要
高职教育是学历教育和职业教育的综合体,高职校园文化的内核就是教育文化与企业文化的结合与融合,既姓"高",又姓"职"的特质决定了高职校园文化建设必须走"校企结合"之路。文章分析了当前高职院校校园文化建设的误区,在比较两种文化异同点的基础上,提出高职校校园文化建设的思路与设想。
Higher vocational education is the combination of formal schooling and professional education.The key factor of higher vocational education is the connection of educational culture and enterprise culture,which determines the features of college-enterprise cooperation.This paper analyzes some errors on current campus culture construction and puts forward effective ideas and thoughts about construction of campus culture based on the contrast between the two cultures.
