TPN加n-3脂肪酸、1,6二磷酸果糖及谷氨酰胺对小肠移植大鼠的作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨TPN加用n-3脂肪酸、1,6二磷酸果糖及谷氨酰胺对小肠移植大鼠特殊营养支持的作用及可能机理。方法:196只近交系Wistar大鼠分别作为供、受体行全小肠异位移植,术前和术后应用n-3脂肪酸灌胃和TPN中加入1,6二磷酸果糖、谷氨酰胺静脉输注10天,测量体重变化及应用图像分析观察小肠粘膜结构改变。结果:补充外源性n-3脂肪酸、1,6二磷酸果糖和谷氨酰胺后体重丢失减少,移植小肠绒毛高度、宽度、表面积、隐窝深度和粘膜厚度显著增加。结论:添加n-3脂肪酸、1,6二磷酸果糖和谷氨酰胺的营养支持可减少体重丢失,显著改善移植小肠的粘膜结构。 Objectives:To investigate the effects and possible mechanism of n 3 fatty acids(n 3 FA),fructose 1,6 diphosphate(FDP) and Glutamine(Gln) on small bowel transplanted rats. Methods:196 inbred strain Wistar rats underwent heterotopic small bowel transplantation(SBT) as donors and recipients respectively.n 3 FA,FDP and Gln were given via gastrogavage as well as venous infusion within total parenteral nutrition(TPN) solution for 10 days before and after surgery.Measurement of body weight was performed and image cytometry was used for analysing the changes of small bowel mucosal structure. Results:The loss of body weight was decreased,and the villous height,width,surface area,crypt depth and mucosal thickness were significantly increased after the supplement of exogenous n 3 FA,FDP and Gln. Conclusions:n 3 FA,FDP and Gln specific nutritional support had potential utility of maintaining nitrogen balance and could significantly improve the mucosal structure of small bowel graft.
