摘要
目的:为研究放疗对肿瘤患者味觉的影响情况。方法:对39例肿瘤患者及10名正常人进行了味觉测试。采用“三滴辨别法”,用不同浓度测味剂蔗糖、氯化钠、柠檬酸及尿素分别检测甜、咸、酸、苦四种基本味觉,得到患者放疗前、放疗1周(累计量10Gy)、放疗3周(累计量30Gy)及结束时的味觉情况。实验分三组:正常对照组、非口腔放射组和口腔放射组。结果:口腔放射组与非口腔放射组患者放疗期间味觉改变有显著差异。味觉改变随放疗剂量增加而逐渐加重,放疗1周时(累计剂量10Gy),味觉即有显著性改变;放疗剂量达50Gy时,味觉损伤不再加重。四种基本味觉中苦受损最重,其次是咸,酸味影响相对较小。结论:放疗患者味觉改变与放射部位有关,味觉改变的程度与放射剂量有关。而四种基本味觉的放射敏感性不同。
Objective To oberserve the radiation induced taste loss.Method We undertook the “three drops technique” to detect the taste sensation of 39 patients with cancer during radiotherapy and 10 ordinary people. Four basic taste qualities are dectected respectively by sucrose、NaCl、citric acid and urea.Results 1.Taste loss is measurable after the first week of treatment(accumulated dose of about 10Gy). Continuation of treatment at the rate of 10Gy per week to a total tumor dose of 50Gy results in increasing gustatory injury. 2. There is singnificant difference between oral irradiated group and non oral irradiated group. 3. Of the four basic taste sensations, bitter is most seriously damaged and sour damage is the lightest.Conclusion The results suggest that the radiation effect on taste is in relation to the radiation dose and the treatment field and the four basic taste sensations have different radiation sensitivity.
