腹膜透析患者盐摄入量与口腔盐敏感度相关关系的探讨 被引量:1

Relationship between salt intake and salt acuity in peritoneal dialysis patients

摘要 目的探讨腹膜透析患者盐摄入量与口腔盐敏感度的关系。方法收集2008年3~12月在北京大学第三医院腹膜透析中心和山东大学齐鲁医院肾内科定期随访的45例腹膜透析患者的24h透出液及尿液做化验检查,收取患者的饮食记录,按盐排出量和血压将这些患者分为低盐摄入组(21例)和高盐摄入组(24例),检测每位患者口腔对氯化钠的敏感度,按味觉缺失分评价味觉缺失程度。结果两组患者年龄、性别比例等基本生理资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组患者的口腔盐敏感度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),钠盐摄入多的腹膜透析患者口腔盐敏感度较钠盐摄入少者差。结论腹膜透析患者盐摄入量与其口腔盐敏感度密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between salt intake and salt acuity in the peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods The dialysis effluent and urine of 45 peritoneal dialysis patients in the peritoneal dialysis center in Peking University Third Hospital and Department of Nephrology and Qilu Hospital of Shandong University between March 2008 to August 2008 were examined.Their dietary records were asked.According to their quality of salt discharge and blood pressure,they were divided into the high-salt intake group and the low-salt intake group.Sodium acuity was evaluated.Results There was no difference of the demographic data between the two groups(P〉0.05).But,the salt acuity of peritoneal dialysis patients who took more salt was significantly lower than that of patients who took less salt(P〈0.05).Conclusion The total salt intake in patients of peritoneal dialysis is closely related to their salt acuity.
