摘要
目的建立测定注射用前列地尔中水分的方法。方法以无水甲醇作为样品溶剂,用费休氏法测定前列地尔中的水分。结果方法平均回收率为100.62%,RSD为0.51%(n=9)。结论费休氏法简便、快捷、准确,可作为注射用前列地尔中水分的测定方法。
Objective To establish the determination method of water in Alprostadil for Injection. Methods The sample was solved by anhydrous methanol and measured by Fischer＇s method, Fischer reagent without pyridine was used in the test. Results The average recovery rate was 100. 62% and RSD was 0. 51% （n =9）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used to determine water content in Alprostadil for Injection.
