摘要
以 CH3OH- NH3溶液为溶剂 ,用费休氏法对磺胺嘧啶锌的水分进行测定。方法快速 ,结果准确 ,优于常规费休氏法。为类似有机金属药物中水分的测定提供了新的方法。
Karl Fischer titration was applied to determine the water in sulfadiazine zinc,using methanol ammonia as the solvent.The result showed that it was superior to the normal method.
