摘要
目的对注射用前列地尔不良反应进行探讨。方法收集2006年1月—2013年12月中国知网中的文献报道的450例注射用前列地尔不良反应患者,通过回顾性分析法对不良反应与患者性别、年龄、临床表现、用药、处理等方面的关系进行分析,以制定针对性措施。结果 450例患者的不良反应以皮疹、头晕、头痛、静脉炎、心慌、胸闷、腹泻、呕吐等为主,并在不良反应出现后及时用药控制,其中390例患者暂停用药,不良反应好转或者是痊愈,仅有10例患者对原发病造成影响,延长了患者的治疗时间。结论 注射用前列地尔的不良反应对原发病的影响较小,但仍需受到重视。医务人员要尽早进行预防,以有效降低不良反应的发生率。
Objective to injection adverse reaction of alprostadil is discussed. Methods from 2006 January to 2013 December Chi-na in HowNet reported 450 cases of Alprostadil for Injection patients with adverse reactions, were analyzed by retrospective analy-sis on adverse reaction of relationship with gender, age, clinical manifestation, treatment, medication, to develop targeted measures. Results 450 cases of adverse reactions in patients with dizziness, headache, rash, phlebitis, palpitation.
