摘要
随着我国高等教育的蓬勃发展,不少新建本科院校将自己定位于"应用型本科教育",其培养出来的人才的综合素质决定了应用型本科教育的成败。从应用型人才综合素质的组成出发,对综合素质培养的方法进行探讨。
With the prosperous development of our high education, many new-built institutes set themselves as ＂the education of application- oriented institutes＂, and the comprehensive qualities of the talents they cultivate weigh whether the education of application-oriented institutes is successful or not. Based on the compositions of comprehensive qualities of application-oriented talents, this paper explores methods in the cultivation of comprehensive qualities.
