一般地方高校国际化的办学理念与实践,是拓展自身办学空间和提升自身核心竞争力的需要。在高等教育国际化背景下,学术交流的国际化是其发展的突破口,课程内容的国际化是其重要的实施方略,区域特色的国际化是其拓展办学空间的核心,办学方式的国际化是其发展的重要方式。
In order to expand schools and promote self--competition, it is necessary for local universities to have new theories and practice of running a school. Under the background of internationalization of higher education, international academic exchange is the breakthrough in their development; international courses are their important strategies; regional features are the keys to their expansion; internationalized way to run a school is their major step.
