摘要
目的:右归丸对雄激素致排卵障碍性不孕大鼠的影响,以进一步探讨右归丸治疗不孕症的作用机理。方法:将31只9日龄SD雌性大鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,右归丸组,于颈背下注射丙酸睾丸酮建立ASR大鼠模型,第80天开始灌服右归丸制剂,5周后取材,检测大鼠体重、卵巢和子宫指数;观察卵巢和子宫形态学,用放免法检测血中FSH、LH和E2水平。结果:右归丸可降低雄激素致排卵障碍性不孕大鼠的体重趋势,提高卵巢和子宫的指数(P<0.01);提高卵泡数和黄体数,减少病理性囊性卵泡,子宫腺体明显增多,(P<0.01);提高大鼠血清内FSH、LH以及E2水平(P<0.05)。结论:右归丸可增加雄激素致排卵障碍性不孕症大鼠的卵巢、子宫的相对重量,促进卵泡的生长发育,增加FSH、LH以及E2水平,表明右归丸可通过调节下丘脑—垂体—卵巢轴,从而促进卵泡的生长发育及排出。
Objective:To study the Yougui Pill impact on androgen-induced ovulation infertility obstacles rats,in order to further explore the Yougui Pill mechanism on treatment of infertility.Methods:31 9-day-old SD female rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,the Yougui Pill group,injected the testosterone on the back of the neck,set up ASR rat model,after 80 days of modle,gavaged Yougui Pill agents,5 weeks later,cut femoral artery,and then executed.Detected the change in rat body weight,ovarian and uterine weight,observed morphological changes of ovary and uterus,Detected blood FSH,LH and E2 levels in RIA way.Results:The Yougui Pill can reduce androgen-induced ovulation infertility obstacles rats body weights,but no statistical significance(P 0.05),improve the index of ovarian and uterine(P0.01);can significantly enhance the number of follicles and the development of corpus luteum,the number of pathological cystic follicles significantly lower than the model group,the difference was significant(P0.01);Yougui Pill Group uterine glands significantly more than the model group(P0.01).And can significantly improve in serum FSH,LH and E2 levels,the difference was significant(P0.01)(P0.05).Conclusion:The Yougui Pill could increase androgen anovulatory infertility rats FSH,LH and E2 levels,reconstruction of the sexual cycle disorder,increase ovarian,uterine relative weight,promote the development of follicles,reduce pathological follicle number,and reconstruction the endometrial cycle,in order to provide a good breeding environment support.Its role was in a more complex ways,I guess there is probably through the regulation of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis,there are possible to improve the ovarian and uterine blood supply,or other differences wich have not yet found,may be a new regulation pathway,but the authors were more inclined to,Yougui Pill were through an integrated approach to improve the regulation of the body's overall environment,in order to provide the necessary's breeding support
