摘要
目的评价静脉注射立止血对支气管镜检查活检术后出血的止血效果。方法选择需要接受支气管镜检查并进行镜下活检术的患者132例,随机分为两组。局部用药组(对照组):即活检术时局部应用1∶10000肾上腺素盐水镜下止血治疗;联合用药组(立止血组):即在活检术前静脉注射立止血1ku,活检时局部应用1∶10000肾上腺素盐水镜下止血治疗。每次活检术后观察患者伤口出血量,判定出血程度。结果立止血组患者活检术后出血程度较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论静脉注射立止血在支气管镜检查活检术中具有良好的止血作用,值得推广应用。
【Objective】To evaluate hemostasia effect of hemocoagulase given through intravenous injection when tissue biopsy with bronchoscope is undertaken.【Methods】132 patients who would accept tissue biopsy with bronchoscope were randomly divided into two groups.：control group and hemocoagulase group. All of control group patients were given location injection of 1：10000 adrenalin salt through bronchoscope to stop bleeding. In the hemocoagulase group,beside location injection drugs,all patients were given 1ku of hemocoagulase through intravenous drip before tissue biopsy. Bleeding volume of each group after ever once biopsy was observed and the bleeding levels were assessed.【Results】The bleeding extents of hemocoagulase group after biopsy are much lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】Hemocoagulase given through intravenous injection has a perfect effect in control bleeding after tissue biopsy with bronchoscope,it worths spreading and applying.
