摘要
出血是围手术期重要的临床问题之一 ,止血技术和止血药物是止血的两种途径。根据作用部位不同止血药物分为 5大类 ,血凝酶和凝血酶类药物在临床中被广泛采用进行止血治疗。介入治疗和内镜下止血措施为药物止血开辟了新途径。
Hemorrhage is one of the most important clinical problems during perioperation. At present hemostatsis can be done by hemostatic techniques and drugs. Hemostatics were divided into five categories by different sites of action. Hemocoagulase and thrombin have been applied widely. Interventional and endoscopic hemostatic technique expanded new approaches for the utility of hemostics.
