鼻咽癌颈转移淋巴结E-FLOW成像与分化的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between E-FLOW imaging and differentiation degree in metastatic cervical lymph nodes from nasopharyngeal carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨鼻咽癌转移淋巴结血流显像与组织学分化程度的关系。方法应用E-FLOW超声显像观察32例鼻咽癌患者共计56枚颈转移淋巴结血流表现,将淋巴结血流丰富程度与鼻咽癌组织分化程度进行对照分析。结果鼻咽癌颈转移淋巴结中,高分化鼻咽癌8枚,其中0级血流4枚,1级3枚,2级1枚;中分化鼻咽癌16枚,其中0级血流2枚,1级3枚,2级5枚,3级6枚;低分化鼻咽癌32枚,1级7枚,2级12枚,3级13枚。鼻咽癌分化程度与血流丰富程度有关(χ2=20.313,P<0.01,r=0.51)。结论 E-FLOW超声显像检查可以敏感地显示鼻咽癌颈转移淋巴结低速血流信号,鼻咽癌颈转移淋巴结血流灌注有助于无创性的了解肿瘤分化程度。 【Objective】To explore the correlation between blood flow signal and degree of differentiation in metastatic cervical lymph nodes from nasopharyngeal carcinoma.【Methods】A total of 56 cervical lymph node metastased from nasopharyngeal carcinoma were observed by E-FLOW imaging in 32 patients.The degree of blood flow and differentiation grade were analyzed and compared.【Results】In all 56 cervical lymph nodes metastased from nasopharyngeal carcinoma,8 were well differentiated,of which 4 had blood signal of grade 0,3 grade 1,1 grade 2;16 were moderate differentiated,among which 2 had blood signal of grade 0,3 grade l,5 grade 2,6 grade 3;32 were poorly differentiated,7 had blood signal of grade 1,12 grade 2,13 grade 3.Blood signal grade was correlated with differentiation degree(χ2=20.313,P 0.05,r =0.51).【Conclusion】E-FLOW imaging can sensitively show slow blood flow signal in cervical lymph nodes metastased from nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Blood perfusion in metastatic cervical lymph nodes is helpful in non-invasive diagnosis of tumor differentiation degree.
