摘要
教学反思是幼儿教师有效提升教育活动质量、促进幼儿全面发展和自身专业成长的重要途径。目前幼儿教师在进行教学反思时普遍存在诸如重事实描述轻理论思考,重结果反思轻过程反思以及反思内容单一等问题。有效的教学反思应是对教育活动全过程的反思,并且应实现个人反思与集体反思的充分互补。
Teaching Reflection is an important way for kindergarten teachers to effectively improve the quality of education programs, promote the comprehensive development of children's capacity and teachers' professional growth. There are some problems existing in the reflection of kindergarten teachers, such as paying more attention to the factual description and neglecting the theoretical thinking, valuing the results reflection, and the single issues of reflection. This research suggests that effective teaching reflection should be to reflect on the entire process of education activities, and to integrate the individual reflection and collective reflection.
