摘要
目的：探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者的细胞因子活化的杀伤细胞的增值及杀伤活性。方法：对80例慢性乙型肝炎患者及40例健康人的外周血进行采集，按照常规进行细胞分离，加入IFN-、IL-2和常用单克隆抗体CD3进行对细胞因子的培养，生成细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞。在对细胞进行的3天、6天、12天、24天和30天的培养后将细胞从实验器皿中取出，将培养的细胞放置在流式细胞检测仪器上进行对细胞常用单克隆抗体CD3、阳性竹淋巴细胞CD4、CD8＋T细胞、人外周血细胞毒性CD＋CD56和CD95＋cD28的细胞表达分子值和细胞的繁殖与杀伤活性的情况。结果：慢性乙型肝炎患者的细胞因子活化的杀伤细胞的能力比健康人的值要低。在进行对乙型肝炎患者细胞因子活化的细胞培养时间不相同的情况下细胞因子活化增值就成倍数的增加、细胞的杀伤性和其他分子表达水平、均高于在培养实验前的水平，而且其数值在培养至12天的时候到达最高值。结论：慢性乙型肝炎的患者中细胞因子活化的增值倍数、杀伤性能与健康人的水平有所差距，但是其数据又高于实验培养之前的数值，这很可能是导致了乙型肝炎病毒的感染持发展一个原因。

In patients with hepatitis b cell factors of the activation cell culture under the condition of the same time factor is doubled the number of activation value--added, increase the destruction and other molecules, cells, and the expression level in cultivating experiment than before, and its numerical in 12 days to reach peak. Conclusions： in patients with chronic hepatitis b cell factors, destruction of appreciation and healthy level gap, but its data and the cultivation of numerical before, which may be a hepatitis b virus infection, the development of a reason.
