摘要
电解Al-Si-Ti合金具有强烈的硅、钛和铁的变质作用以及细化铝枝晶的能力。这种合金的细小显微组织对冷却速度不敏感,不因铸件壁厚不同而变化。用电解Al-Si-Ti合金熔配的铝合金具有较高的塑性和韧性以及较高的室温和高温力学性能。所生产的汽车零件有令人满意的使用性能。
The electrolytic Al Si Ti alloy possesses very strong modifying effect of silicon, iron and titanium and excellent ability to refine the α Al dendrite. The refined microstructure is insensitive to cooling rate, being independent of casting thickness. The Al Si alloys with some percentages of electrolytic Al Si Ti alloy charge exhibit high ultimate tensile strength at room and high temperature, excellent toughness and ductility, compared with conventional Al Si alloys. The car parts made of electrolytic Al Si Ti alloy result in good performance.
