摘要
考察了稀土对锶变质A356合金冶金质量的影响,以减压凝固试样密度来评定熔体中氢含量水平。试验结果表明:稀土的加入有效改善了锶变质处理后针孔增多的情况,同时对锶变质效果没有明显抵消作用,稀土和锶复合处理获得了与锶处理相当的变质效果。复合处理后合金的力学性能也达到了要求。
The effect of Rare Earth (RE) on the metallurgical quality of A356 alloy which was modified with Strontium (Sr) was investigated in this paper. The hydrogen level of the melt was evaluated by the density which was measured by RPT (Reduce Pressure Test). Results show that Re optimize the effect of Sr, decrease the casting scrap rate due to pinhole greatly, and do not evidently counteract modification effects of Sr. The compound treatment has the similar effect as those modified with Sr, and the mechanical properties can also meet the requirements.
