摘要
在研究和分析变接触长度支承辊新技术的基础上,将其应用于3500mm厚板轧机,使中厚板板形及横向同板差的控制能力显著提高,钢板的横向同板差下降约60%。该技术对新旧钢板轧机的技术改造均有推广价值。
The technology of VCL backup roll has been applied to a 3500 mm plate rolling mill based on the research and analysis. The controlling abilities of the transverse error and shape of plate were improved obviously, and the transverse error was reduced by about 60 %. This technology is worth spreading in plate rolling mills.
