摘要
铝带热连轧过程中,铝带和轧机横向特性参数不均易引起铝带中心线偏离轧制系统设定中心线,产生跑偏现象.本文根据大量现场数据归纳出影响铝带跑偏的因素;采用MSC.Marc有限元软件,建立不同跑偏影响因素下的铝带热轧轧制过程的三维弹塑性热力耦合有限元分析模型;分别以原始辊缝差、铝带入口横向厚差、铝带中心偏移量、铝带咬入偏斜角为变量,加入实验所得JP1235铝合金材料库,模拟了JP1235铝合金的跑偏轧制过程,得出各影响因素作用下铝带中心的跑偏轨迹和跑偏规律.
In aluminium strip hot rolling process, because the landscape orientation parameters of the workpiece and the rolling mill are not even, there is always departure between the center line of the workpiece and the assumed center line, which is called running deviation. Factors leading to running deviation are summarized on the basis of abandent spot datas in this work;Finite element analysis soft- ware MSC. Marc is utilized to model aluminium strip hot rolling process under the influence of different factors for three-dimentional elastic-plastic finite element analysis; Making the original gap difference, aluminium strip's landscape orientation thick difference, the deviation of aluminium strip central line, the deflection angle of the work piece at the beginning as variable respectively, the running devia- tion of aluminium strip JP1235' s rolling process is simulated refers to JP1235 material-base which is obtained from experiments, and the laws of running deviation under the influence of different factors are obtained repectively.
