摘要
在空气/乙炔火焰中,研究了抗坏血酸、聚乙烯醇等16种有机试剂对钾原子发射信号和吸收信号的影响。试验表明,8-羟基喹琳、磺基水杨酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、抗坏血酸、正戊醇、异戊醇均对钾信号有增感效应。试验还发现,抗坏血酸在浓度为2.5%左右时钾信号急剧增加,出现一明显峰值,其机理尚待探讨。聚乙烯醇、明胶、乙二醇、丙三醇、三乙醇胺等其它有机试剂均对拥有较强的抑制作用。这种抑制作用尤以聚乙烯醇最为明显,并随聚乙烯醇浓度的增大而增强。FAES和FAAS的灵敏度分别为0.010,0.026mg/L1/%A,精密度RSD(n=11)分别为0.42%和1.47%。
The interference in absorption and emission signal of potassium by sixteen organic substances(ascobic acid, polyethlene glycol etc. ) in air-ethyne flame was discussed in this paper. The experimentsindicate that 8-hydroxyquinoline, sulfosalicylic acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, ascorbic acid, normalpentanol, isopentanol effectively enhance the signal of potassium. It is shown that there is a peak signalwhen the concentration of ascoric acid is about 2.5%, but the machanism is unclear and needs to be devloped advancingly. Polyethylene glycol, glutin, ethylene glycol, glycerol and triethanolamine supressevidently the signal of potassium, especially polyethylene glycol. This supressive effect is increased withpolyethylene glycol concentration. The sensitivity and RSD (n = 11 ) of FANS and FAAS are compared inthis paper.
