摘要
用消解氨溶技术处理氯丁橡胶样品 ,即先用浓硝酸消解样品 ,再用浓氨水溶解消解产物制成样品氨溶液。以吸收法(FAAS)测定镁、锌 ,以发射法 (FAES)测定钠 ,建立了快速测定氯丁橡胶中钠、镁、锌的方法。在氨溶液中加入适量氯化铵控制pH值以防止Mg2 + 水解而沉积 ,以硝酸钾作为钠的消电离剂。对样品处理方法、氯化铵用量、干扰、硝酸的影响、线性范围及检出限进行了考察。测定结果的相对标准偏差 <3 0 % ,加标回收率 99 9%~ 10 3 2 %。方法简便、快速、准确。
In this paper, a digestionammonia dissolution technology of chloroprene rubber sample was adopted together with FAAS and FAES.
