消解氨溶-火焰原子光谱法测定氯丁橡胶中的钠、镁、锌 被引量:5

摘要 用消解氨溶技术处理氯丁橡胶样品 ,即先用浓硝酸消解样品 ,再用浓氨水溶解消解产物制成样品氨溶液。以吸收法(FAAS)测定镁、锌 ,以发射法 (FAES)测定钠 ,建立了快速测定氯丁橡胶中钠、镁、锌的方法。在氨溶液中加入适量氯化铵控制pH值以防止Mg2 + 水解而沉积 ,以硝酸钾作为钠的消电离剂。对样品处理方法、氯化铵用量、干扰、硝酸的影响、线性范围及检出限进行了考察。测定结果的相对标准偏差 <3 0 % ,加标回收率 99 9%~ 10 3 2 %。方法简便、快速、准确。 In this paper, a digestionammonia dissolution technology of chloroprene rubber sample was adopted together with FAAS and FAES. The sample was first digested in concentrated nitric acid,and then the digested product was dissolved in stronger ammonia water to make an ammonia solution of sampleThe determination of magnesium and zinc was performed by the FAAS method and the determination of sodium was performed by FAES methodA rapid analytical method for the determination of sodium,magnesium and zinc in chloroprene rubber in ammonia solution has been developedThe pH value of ammonia solution could be controled by adding appropriate amount of NH4Cl to prevent Mg2+ to form precipitates KNO3 solution was served as the deionization agent for sodiumThe pretreatment method of chloroprene rubber sample,amount of NH4Cl,effect of HNO3,interferences,linearity range and detection limit were studiedThe relative standard deviations were less than 30%The recoveries were 999%-1032%This method is convenient,rapid and accurate
