摘要
目的 总结1 320例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的经验.方法 回顾分析笔者所在医院2004年1月~2008年12月1 320例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料.结果 1 291例顺利完成手术,中转开腹29例,住院时间5～7 d.结论 熟悉胆囊三角关系,恰当选择手术适应证,适时中转开腹是腹腔镜胆囊切除术的安全保障.
Objective To summarize the experience of 1320 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The date of 1320 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results One thousand two hundreds and ninty - one cases were performed successfully. 29 cases were converted to open procedure. The hospitalization was 5 to 7 days. Conclusion The appropriate choice of operative indication,beiug familiar with the anatomic structure of Ca Jot？s triangle and conversion to open surgery if necessary is the key of the operative success.
