摘要
目的总结风湿性心脏病患者行瓣膜置换术的麻醉处理体会。方法回顾性分析395例风湿性心脏病患者行瓣膜置换术的麻醉资料。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,无麻醉并发症和手术死亡,术毕安全转运至重症监护病房。结论心脏瓣膜置换术对麻醉要求较高,处理的关键是维持血流动力学的稳定,良好的麻醉管理为手术提供了安全保障。
Objective To summarize anesthesia management of valve replacement. Methods The clinical date of 395 rheumatic heart disease patients with valve replacement was analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery without anesthesia complications and death, the patients were transfered to intensive care unit successfully after surgery. Conclusion General anesthesia is important to cardiac valve replacement, the key is to maintain the hemodynamics steadiness.
