摘要
目的 :总结 370 93例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的经验和手术规律 ,形成规范。方法 :统计各种资料 ,汇集手术方法和技巧。结果 :术前不置胃管、尿管不影响手术成功 ,采取“一勾到底” ,手术野清晰 ,渗血极少 ,手术时间明显缩短 ,麻醉时间亦随之缩短 ,效果满意。结论 :“一勾到底”、“后侧入路法”、“三管一孔一脏器显露法”、“宁伤胆不伤管”、“速麻速醒”、“术前不置胃管和尿管”术式规范 。
Objective:To sum up the rule and skill of LC method Methods:Different LC methods and skills were collected and analyzed Results: LC was accomplished without urinary and stomach tuba It named 'hook-dissecting' that one hook was used to dissect and resect gallbladder throughtly By this method,the field of operation was clear, bleeding was little, and operative and narcotic time was short Conclusions:The modified LC and standard is a safe and effective therapy method for cholecystitis It includes 'hook-dissecting', 'entry from posterior surface of Calot's triangle' dissecting method, 'three tubae, one foramen and one organ' exposure method, 'injury the gallbladder but not biliary tract' operation principle and operation without urinary and stomach tuba
