摘要
通过对冷轧四辊轧机的实验分析,获得了轧制过程中的实际接触弧长。以卡尔曼单位压力微分方程与采利柯夫解为基础,并考虑轧辊弹性压扁,将实际接触区划分成不同的区域,根据不同区域的边界条件,建立了更准确的单位轧制压力的数学模型。
Through the experimental analysis on the cold fouvhigh mill the contact arc length in the Strip cold rolling process is obtained. Based on the Karman differential equation and the answer of A. и. цёлов, and taking into account of the roll elastic flatness, the more accurate mathematic model of rolling force in different regions is set up according to the boundary conditions of different regions.
