摘要
在冷轧轧制中轧辊会产生弹性压扁,对轧制力影响较大。本文以卡尔曼单位压力微分方程与采利柯夫解为基础,并考虑轧辊弹性压扁建立的单位轧制压力数学模型,具有一定理论意义和实用价值。
In thin or hard alloy strip cold rolling, the rolls may be partially flatted, which effects on the rolling force is very large. Based on the Karman differential equation and the answer of A. И. Цeликов, and taking into account of the roll flatness, the mathematic model of rolling force is set up in this paper, which has both of the theory importance and the practical application value.
